Generation of Privaar Pechaan Patra (PPP) of all the workers of Haryana Labour Welfare Board

Generation of Privaar Pechaan Patra (PPP) of all the workers of Haryana Labour Welfare Board

On the subject noted above.

The Government of Haryana vide notification dated 24-12-2020 has mandated that the benefit of various welfare schemes of Haryana Labour Welfare Board shall be delivered only through the unique family Id given under Parivar Pehchan Patra. Hon’ble Chief Minister, Haryana has also desired that the PPP of all the workers falling under the purview of the Board should be generated and updated on the portal of department. In this regard, all the establishments consisting of factories and shops & Commercial Establishment, should register their employees who live in Haryana.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for getting the Parivar Pehchaan Patra (PPP) generated of the workers comes under the purview of Haryana Welfare Board.

Every worker/employee who is currently residing in Haryana and has residential address of Haryana irrespective of his status of domicile is required to get his/her PPP generated.

SOP for the Category: - Register and activate the operator on Mera Parivar Portal

a. The selected operators shall be required to register themselves on www.cridhry.edisha.gov.in web portal and provide the requisite details.

b. Once their details are verified, the same will be sent to the respective ADC login for activation. Kindly mail your operators list at pppgurugram@gmail.com for activation.

Only the operators which are activated will be able to login to the PPP portal for data entry.

Initiate data entry in PPP

The operators will login to www.meraparivar.haryana.gov.in web portal to create/update the Parivar Pehchan Patra of the employees.
It has been provisioned to give remuneration of Rs. 20/- per family ID generation to the concerned operator.

Similarly, in the login of every establishment, a link has been provided to download forms of the workers whose PPP is pending for collection of basic data required for PPP. These forms may be downloaded and printed at the level of management.
These forms may be circulated amongst the workers/employees of the management and duly filled in forms along with requisite documents may be deposited with the trained nominated employee of the management.

The operator, who has been provided login credentials of the PPP portal by ADC/DR, will generate the PPP and will take the printout from the PPP site for obtaining the signature of concerned worker/employee.This signed document shall then be uploaded on the PPP site for ensuring that the details of the worker/family are authentic. That completes the process of PPP generation. Alternatively, it is said that if this signed document is not uploaded on the PPP portal, the PPP generation process is not complete.

As already explained above, that for generating the PPP, a worker should be resident of Haryana, meaning thereby, he should have address of Haryana. Therefore any employee, only commuting in Haryana for work, need not to mandatorily generate their PPP.

In such cases, where PPP cannot be generated for reason stated above or whatsoever, the management will be required to checkbox the option of not eligible against such workers.

You are directed to register your own employee/operator trained for making PPP of yours employees. They get their employees registered on www.cridhry.edisha.gov.in web portal and get their login activated through the ADC login.
