Notification Number-741 / 33-3-221 of Panchayati Raj Department of Uttar Pradesh Government, dated 26-03-2021 Article 243 of the Constitution of India, exercising the power obtained under Section 12B of Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 and Section-264B of Uttar Pradesh Kshetra Panchayat and District Panchayat Act, 1961.
Notification number -709/रा0नि0आ0अनु0-3/ पं0नि0/20-21/2021 dated 26 March 2021 issued by the State Election Commission, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, for general election of the heads of all the gram panchayats of Uttar Pradesh and their members and members of all the area panchayats and members of the district panchayats
Date of polling in four phases as per following by notification number-709 / RSC-3 / Pt. N / 20-21 / 2021 dated-26 March 2021
In front of them, the names mentioned in column-3 are set in the districts:
2- By exercising those rights obtained by section 25 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 (Act no. 26, 1881), on the voting days of various stages in the said election, in the sequence of those which the State Government can use as per the Government of India release number-20 / 25-56-Pub-1, dated June 08, 1957, for the purpose of the three-tier Panchayat General Election 2021, notification no. / Pt. 0 / 20-21 / 2021 dated-26-03-2021 The voting date mentioned in column-02 of the table mentioned in the said stone-01 is April 15, 2021, April 19, 2021, April 26, 2021 and April 29, 2021. In the districts mentioned in front column-03, Mr. Governor declares a public holiday.
3- Polling dates will be declared on April 15, 2021, April 19, 2021, April 26, 2021 and April 29, 2021, in their respective districts for the said elections by the concerned District Magistrate.

Copy sent to all the Divisional / District Magistrate, Uttar Pradesh with the conviction that the offices of the employees who are engaged in polling work should direct the Heads of Departments / Office of those offices one or two days before polling day Whenever the Election Officer deems fit, he shall relieve the work.
