CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.

No. GS/2021-22/SKN-2021(1)-CU:- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (2) and (3) of article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Gujarat Government Rules of Business, 1990, namely: -

1. (1) These rules may be called the Gujarat Government Rules of Business (Amendment) Rules, 2021.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. In the Gujarat Government Rules of Business,1990, in the First Schedule, -

(A) in Part-I, -in entry at serial number 11, -

(i) in column 2, for the words “Labour & Employment Department”, the words “Labour, Skill Development and Employment Department” shall be substituted;

(ii) in column 3, for the letters “L & ED”, the letters “LSD & ED” shall be substituted. (B) in Part- II, -

(1) for abbreviation “L & ED” wherever they occur, the abbreviation “LSD & ED” shall be substituted;

(2) for the heading “(11) Subjects allotted to Labour and Employment Department”, the heading “(11) Subjects allotted to Labour, Skill Development and Employment Department” shall be substituted.

ક્રમાુંકઃ ગસ/૨૦૨૧-૨૨/સકન-૨૦૨૧(૧)-કેય ઃ- ભારતના સાંચવધાનની કલમ ૧૬૬ના ખાંડ (૨) અને (૩) થી મળેલી સત્તાની રૂએ, ગુજરાતના  રાજ્યપાલ, આથી, ગુજરાત સરકારના કામકાજના ચનયમો, ૧૯૯૦ વધુ સુધારવા માટે નીિેના ચનયમો કરે છે.  

૧. (૧) આ ચનયમો ગુજરાત સરકારના કામકાજના ચનયમો (સુધારો), ૨૦૨૧ કહેવાશે. 

 (૨) આ ચનયમો તુરત જ અમલમાાં આવશે.  

૨. ગુજરાત સરકારના કામકાજના ચનયમો,૧૯૯૦ માાં પહેલી અનુસૂચિમાાં– 

(ક) ભાગ-૧માાં અનુક્રમાાંક(૧૧) શ્રમ અને રોજગાર ચવભાગ – શ્ર. અને રો. ચવ. ને બદલે નીિેની નોંધ મૂકવી.  ‘‘(૧૧) શ્રમ, કૌશલ્ય ચવકાસ અને રોજગાર ચવભાગ – શ્ર. કૌ. ચવ. અને રો. ચવ.’’ 

(ખ) ભાગ-૨માાં- 

(૧) ‘‘શ્ર. અને રો. ચવ.’’ એ સાંક્ષેપ જ્યાાં જ્યાાં આવે છે તેને બદલે ‘‘શ્ર. કૌ. ચવ. અને રો. ચવ.’’ એ સાંક્ષેપ મૂકવો. 

(૨) ‘‘(૧૧) શ્રમ અને રોજગાર ચવભાગને ફાળવેલ ચવષયો’’ એ શીષષકને બદલે ‘‘(૧૧) શ્રમ, કૌશલ્ય ચવકાસ અને રોજગાર ચવભાગને  ફાળવેલ ચવષયો’’ એ શીષષક મૂકવુાં.
