The Central Government thereby makes the following rules to amend the Calcium Carbide rules, 1987 & these rules may be called the Calcium Carbide (Amendment) Rules, 2021

9Rule 46(1)All fees payable under these rules shall be paid in the following manner – (1) Fees by crossed demand draft payable at Nagpur on any Nationalise Bank drawn in favour of an officer nominated by the Chief Controller of Explosives in the Department of Explosives, NagpurAll fees payable under these rules to the Chief Controller or Controller shall be paid through e-payment or through Non Tax Receipt Portal (Bharat Kosh)All fees payable under these rules to the Chief Controller or Controller shall be paid through e-payment or through Non Tax Receipt Portal (Bharat Kosh)
10Rule 46(2)(2)Fees payable to the Controller of Explosives shall be paid by a crossed demand draft on any nationalised bank drawn in favour of the Controller of Explosives to whom the payment is made, payable at the station where his office is locatedfees payable to District Authority or any other authority under these rules shall be paid in such a manner as may be specified by that authorityfees payable to District Authority or any other authority under these rules shall be paid in such a manner as may be specified by that authority
