Tripura Factories (Seventh Amendment) Rules, 2019
The Government of Tripura vide notification No.F. 2(345)/FB/EoDB(Vol-II)/2015(Part)/5005 has amended Rule 24 of the Tripura Factories Rules 2007. As per the amendment, if any complaint is received directly in respect of any factory, the powers of the inspectors to conduct any other surprise inspection or complaint inspection is subject to having prior permission from the Head of Department, in writing .
