Power Plant, Steel Plant,Spunch Iron Plant, Rolling Mill, Casting industries & Cement Factory, Security Gaurd, Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals, Constructions and maintenance of Irrigation works, Engineering Industry, Plastic Industry, Printing Press, Construction and maintenance of Roads and building operation , Shop, Commercial establishment, Residential Hotel and Theatre, Stone breaking or stone crushing, Any Establishment in which manufacturing activity as defined under section 2 (K) of the Factories Act


Minimum Wages from 1st October 2019 to 31st March 2020 for Raipur, Durg, Bhilai, Bhilai-Charoda & Veergaon Border and Till 16th KM. Area from Corporation (Chhattisgarh). And All Industrial Area in the state. New Raipur Development Area. All the factories for which license is taken for 300 employees or more than 300.

Rules
LWF
Payable on June 30th (the salary from January to June), Fund should be paid every year earlier than July 15th , And Payable on December 31st (the salary from July to December), Fund should be paid every year earlier than January 15th
Rate :
Employee :: The amount of contribution payable every six months by every employee shall be Rs. 15.00 only
Employer :: The amount of contribution payable every six months by an employer for each such employee shall be Rs. 45.00 only (the employer's contribution payable every six months shall not be less than Rs. 1500.00)
Payment shall be made through an Money Order or A/C Payee Cheque or Demand Draft drawn on any Bank as mentioned below :-
* For Chhattisgarh : in the favour of Welfare Commissioner, CG Labour Welfare Fund Board, Raipur
ESI

Maternity Benefit :
1] Employees drawing gross wages upto Rs.21,000/- are covered under the ESI Act, 1948 and are entitled to Maternity Benefit as provided under the ESI Act, 1948.


2] Employees who are not covered under the ESI Act, 1948 will be entitled to Maternity Benefit under the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961.

Contribution :
The employee’s contribution rate is 1.75% of the wages and that of employer’s is 4.75% of the wages paid/payable in respect of the employees in every wage period.

PF
A contribution @ 12% of the pay is payable by the employer and the same is payable by the employee.
PT
Professional Tax has been withdrawn from the employees as defined u/s 2 (c) of the Professional Tax Act.
