Coronavirus - Employer Neither Terminate Nor Reduce Wages

Maharashtra Labour Department hereby announced via notification no. CL/IR/COVID/Desk had asked

1. Citizen to remain at home & not to venture out;
2. Constraint the worker/employee to report at work;
3. Employer not to Terminate any employee;
4. Employer not to Terminate casual & contract worker;
5. Employer not to Reduce Wages of any employee. casual or contract worker;
6. Leave shall be deemed to be on duty without any consequential deduction in wage period;
