The total number of coronavirus cases has gone up to 171 in India
To control the spread of the virus, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has imposed a fine of ₹1,000 for spitting in public places. In the last few days, the corporation has collected over ₹1 lakh fine for spitting
Spitting in public space will attract a fine of Rs. 1,000 or detention u/s 189 IPC
