Provisions for Escrow Withdrawal S. 4(2)(l)(D)-Withdrawal of amounts realised from the allottees for the real estate project. 70% of the amounts realised from allottees for real estate projects shall be deposited in a separate account to be maintained in a scheduled bank.

Amount to be paid for compounding the offence shall be 5% of the cost of the plot, apartment or building of the real estate project, for which the sale or purchase has been facilitated, which may extend upto 10% of such estimated cost. Penalty for Default S. 68- Contravention of orders of Appelate Tribunal by allottee Imprisonment upto 1 years or fine upto 5% of cost of plot, apartment, buildings.
