Amendment in notification number S.O. 4202(E), dated the 28th December, 2016

S.O.4297(E).--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979 (30 of 1979), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 4202(E), dated the 28th December, 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 3, in column (2), for the word "Madurai", the words "Madurai, Noida" shall be substituted.
