Mindtree's CFO Pradip Kumar Menon Alleviated

Tech firm Mindtree expressed that CFO Pradip Kumar Menon has left his post. The organization said Menon will be calmed from the administrations on November 15. 

In an administrative recording, Mindtree expressed, "Pradip Kumar Menon has offered his acquiescence as the Chief Financial Officer of the organization as he would be seeking after profession openings outside the organization. Pradip Kumar Menon shall be alleviated from the administrations of the Company from the end of business hours on November 15,2019." 

In the interim, in a different recording, the organization said it has named Vedavalli S, Company Secretary as Compliance Officer under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Mindtree Securities. 

Menon had joined the firm in September 2018 and assumed a key job in administering L&T's securing of a 60% stake in Mindtree. Before joining Mindtree, he was CFO and an entire time executive at AkzoNobel in India. He has additionally worked with Unilever for over 20 years. 

Menon's leave comes following barely a year and is the most recent exit at the IT benefits firm after its unfriendly takeover by Larsen and Toubro Ltd (L&T) in June.
