Benefits of ₹80 000 by EPFO of INDIA

EPFO India Not Giving Rs 80,000 to Those Who Worked From 1990-2018

A message expressing that the Employees' Provident Fund Organization of India is giving Rs 80,000 to laborers who worked between 1990-2018 has been doing the rounds via web-based networking media.

Sourced from WhatsApp.

The same message went viral in 2018 as well. People were encouraged to check the link provided in the messages to see if they were eligible to “withdraw” the amount.
The link to the website mentioned in the message is: https://seventhree.club/epf  (Do Not Click)

The message being coursed is phony. Truth be told, the first site of EPFO has been blazing the message, "Sympathetically be careful with the phony sites that are sharing incorrectly data about EPFO".

The website has been flashing a warning about fake sites.

Similar Message Circulated About KWSP, Malaysian EPF

We also came across a similar message that had gone viral in 2018. But this time, the message focused on the Malaysian Employees’ Provident Fund known as KWSP.

This fake message was also debunked then.
