Subject :-  Amendment Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provident Act 1952

1. The Ministry of Labour & Employment proposes to amend the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provident Act, 1952. A copy of preliminary draft of Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provident (Amendment) Bill, 2019 along with brief on said Bill is attached 

2. As a part of pre-legislative consultative process, the suggestion/comment/inputs of all concern stakeholders/ other members of the public are invited on the preliminary draft of Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provident (Amendment) Bill, 2019 for the consideration in ministry.

3. In order to facilitate proper consideration, the comments/suggestions on the draft amendment Bill must be in the following format :-
