The Andhra Pradesh (Issuance of Integrated Registration and furnishing of Combined Returns under various Labour Laws by certain Establishments) Act, 2015 – Amendments to the Schedules – Notification –Issued.

Read the following:-
  1. DIPP 2016, GoI recommendations communicated through D.O.Lr. No.12-1-2105/SDP, dated 02.11.2015 of the Secretary, Industries Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
  2. From the Commissioner of Labour Letter .No. I/2465/15, Dt:19.03.2016 
 O R D E R:

  1. Whereas, the Andhra Pradesh (Issuance of Integrated Registration and furnishing of Combined Returns under various Labour Laws by certain Establishments) Act, 2015 (Act No. 10 of 2015) has been enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh facilitating ease of doing business and ease of compliance of Labour Laws specified in the First Schedule of the said Act, by the industry and the said Act 10 of 2015 came into force with effect from 23rd April, 2015;
  2. And whereas, the Department for Industrial Promotion (DIPP), Government of India made certain recommendations and out of the said recommendations, one of the recommendations is to facilitate furnishing of combined returns under Labour Laws online; 
  3. And whereas, in pursuance of the said recommendations, the Commissioner of Labour, Andhra Pradesh among other things proposed to amend the First Schedule to the said Act, by adding 8 (eight) more Labour Laws to the list thereunder; and to substitute the Second Schedule to the said Act suitably to be in conformity with the Labour Acts added; 
  4. And whereas, the State Government, after taking into consideration of the said recommendations, have decided to amend the Schedules to the said Act, suitably.
  5. Accordingly, the following Notification shall be published in the next issue of Extraordinary Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
  6. The Commissioner, Printing, Stationary and Stores Purchase, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to furnish 100 copies of the Notification to the Government and 25 copies to the Commissioner of Labour, A.P., Hyderabad. 
NOTIFICATION

In exercise of powers conferred by section 6 and sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh (Issuance of Integrated Registration and furnishing of Combined Returns under various Labour Laws by certain Establishments) Act, 2015 (Act No 10 of 2015) the Government hereby amend the Schedules of the said Act. In the said Act,-
(1) Under the heading FIRST SCHEDULE- 
  1. (i) For the expression “[ see section 2(c) and (i)]” the expression “[ see section 2(c) , (g) and (i)]” shall be substituted. 
  2. (ii) After Scheduled Act at Sl.No.(6), the following Acts and Rules shall be added, namely,-
  • The Beedi and Cigar Workers (COE) Act, 1966 and A.P. Beedi & Cigar Workers(COE) Rules, 1968, 
  • The Minimum Wages Act, 1948 and A.P. Minimum Wages Rules,1960
  • The Plantation Labour Act, 1951,
  • The Maternity Benefit Act, 1961,
  • The A.P. Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1987 and A.P. Labour Welfare Fund Rules,1988 
  • The Payment of Bonus Act, 1965,
  • The Child Labour (P&R) Act, 1986 and A.P. Child Labour(P&R) Rules,1995. 
  • The Trade Unions Act, 1926 and A.P. Trade Union Regulations,1927 (2) In the SECOND SCHEDULE, for forms A, B and C the following revised forms A, B and C shall be substituted, namely,-
