Extension Of Period Of Waiver Of Fee For Registration Under The Battery (Management and Handling) Rules, 2001- Rajasthan

The Rajasthan State pollution Control Board vide notification no. F16 (Gen-110)RPCB /Battery/ Haz./ Jaipur/ 968 has directed that the period of waiver of registration fee of Rs.10000 (Rupees ten thousand only) for dealers for registration under the Battery (Management and Handling) Rules, 2001 is hereby extended up to 30th of September 2021. The decision is taken in view of the current Covid-19 Pandemic situation. It is further directed that no more waiver in registration fee will be considered and action is to be taken against dealers who fail to get registered
