Qualification : Graduate from any discipline university 

Desired Personal Attributes : Conversation ability in English & Hindi, Passion for serving customer 

1. Managing relationships with CSC (Common service centers) in the assigned districts. 

2. Activating business with these assigned centers. 

3. Engaging with them through personal visits and as well over phone calls regularly as per the engagement plan. 

4. Training these center owners on insurance requirements – product as well as policy issuance process. 

5. Servicing them for the after sales requirement including endorsements, claims, refund etc. 

6. Communicate positively with external customer to ensure excellent service experience on calls & emails 

7. Conduct meetings with new customers, visit the corporate clients to ensure business growth
