Companies Need to Provide Compliance Report on COVID19 Safety Measures

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)  has demanded that all Companies need to record (Compliance Report) w.r.t safety measures taken by them w.r.t COVID - 19 on 23/03/2020.

The message showed on MCA site is exhibit below :-

"All organizations/LLPs are encouraged to actualize the 'Work from Home' strategy in their base camp and field workplaces to the greatest degree conceivable, including by lead of gatherings through video meeting or other electronic/telephonic/automated methods."

"The web structure named CAR (Company Affirmation of Readiness towards COVID-19) ought to be recorded by an approved signatory of organizations and LLPs worried," according to the warning.

Vehicle 2020 would be sent on March 23 and all organizations/LLPs are mentioned to report consistence utilizing the web administration around the same time.
