Subject: - Payment of labour welfare fund online under Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1949.
Happy New Year from the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board, We are pleased to inform you that the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board has made it easy and convenient for payment of labour/ employer Through an online payment gateway to pay for labour welfare under DOING BUSINESS Board's website for easy and convenient payment of workers/ employers/Web Portal (https://public.mlwb.in) has been created.
As a result, through this website, the workers will be able to pay all the establishments in the state under the provision of section 6bb of the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board Act, 1953 . Through the online payment gateway from 1st January 2020.
All establishments are required to register for this website (one time only) and pay the details of the worker-employer subscription by using Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / Payment Apps / NEFT /RTGS by using the facility of Secure Payment Gateway
Brief Guide to Website Information:
1. All establishments should submit the information for registration for the first time (once) on this after that they will receive an OTP on register mobile number. Details can be accessed officially using password. This password has been changed from time to time.
2. Establishments are required to submit the PAN number first (once) while registering the establishment on the website.
3. The details of each employee (name, mobile number, rank of employee etc.) should be given when submitting the details of the establishment on the website so that it will be easy for the employees to avail of various welfare schemes implemented by the Board.
4. Upon submission of information by the Establishment as mentioned above, every employee of the Establishment will be notified by message on permanent call (LIN) (Employee Identification Number) in the form he / she has submitted.
5 To avail the various schemes, programs and activities of the welfare of the Establishment's staff members (such as scholarships, sports scholarships, illnesses, MSITs, etc.) provided by the LIN. Apply online through the website / mobile app.

we are not paid the MLWF for the month of dec -2019 we are tried same time but the pay is not doing how to pay dec-2019

We have registered our establishment with MLWB, however there is no provision to generate the challan for payment of MLWF, we have to pay the payment for the period January 2020 to June 2020. Please communicate the procedure
After online payment do I need to fill return in the prescribed format?
Or now it is not required
