Subject :- Verification of UAN-Aadhaar for contributory members - regarding

Madam/Sir, 

It has been noticed that a significant number of contributing members are still continuing with non-validated Aadhaar numbers in our database. The details of such cases are available in the Dashboard 2.O  under Tab Finance>> Members' Profile>>Members' KYC Status where contribution is received from April, 2018 onwards (except members who exited). 

2. Clicking on check box adjacent to "Detailed Dashboard", the list of nonAadhaar verified UANs in respect of each office can be downloaded/exported to CSV format.

3. The UAN-Aadhaar verification activity for all such cases has to be completed within next two months through the respective Employers by getting the necessary corrections (Name, DOB, Gender, if any) done either from the UIDAI or EPFO, as the case may be. Utmost priority be accorded since the ECR acceptance in respect of such cases are under review.

4. Matter may be accorded top priority and action taken reported.
