KERALA MINIMUM WAGE MAY 2019
The Kerala government has increased the minimum wages as per Minimum Wages Act 1948 (MW Act). The state government has issued a notification No.P3.Pdl.1/2019/DES on 15th July 2019.

Consumer Price Index Numbers for Agricultural Labourers and Industrial Workers for the month of May 2019
Vide G.O.(MS) No.103/2013/LBR. dated 31-8-2013 of Labour and Skills (E) Department , Government of Kerala and the G.O.(MS) No. 34/2015/LBR. dated 26-03-2015 published in the Kerala Gazette extra ordinary No.19 (Vol.IV ) dated 12-05-2015.
* Linking factors approved in G.O (MS) No .34/2015/LBR. dated 26-03-2015 have been used with effect from April 2015.
Base in old series is 1998-99 = 100 for all centres.
The Consumer Price Index (Cost of Living Index) Numbers applicable to employees in employment under the Minimum Wages Act (Central Act XI of 1948) for the month of May 2019 as ascertained by the Director General ofEconomics & Statistics under clause (C) of Section 2 of the Act.
