The Ministry of Steel on September 17, 2019, has educated that two middle or completion items will stay outside the domain of the Steel and Steel Products (Quality Control) Order, 2019 till March 16, 2020.
The two middle of the road or completion items which are out the domain of the Steel and Steel Products (Quality Control) Order, 2019, to be specific:

(i)Stampings or covers or centers of transformers (with or without winding) and
(ii)Stainless steel pipes and cylinders
The Steel and Steel Products (Quality Control) Order, 2019 has come into power from July 22, 2019.
