Food Safety Audit |
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) on August 13, 2019, has mandated the food safety audit of Food Businesses holding Centers license and falling under the high risk categories of food businesses under Food Safety and Standards (Food Safety Auditing) Regulation, 2018.
The categories of Businesses are as under:

Further, the food businesses shall get its business audited by a recognized auditing agency at intervals specified by the Food Authority. An auditor manual with details and list of agencies can be downloaded from the link https://www.fssai.gov.in/cms/third -party-audit.php.
FSSAI directed all Food Businesses to comply with this order.
