In continuous of above mention subject the Ministry of
Labour & Employment had issued general information circular for
clarification on recently enact Amendments. Which says regarding :-
1. Increase
in Maternity Leave.
2. Included
Work from Home provision.
3. Crèche
Facility.
4. Maternity
Leave benefits to ‘Commissioning Mother’ & ‘Adopting Mother’
5. Applicability
of Amendment.
